| CA's Definition of a User Group |
 |
| CA defines a User Group as a closely associated gathering of CA users dedicated to helping each other discover the full potential of CA products and solving specific IT problems through the sharing of information, support, and insights. CA believes a User Group provides an educational benefit to end-users by helping its members explore and discover information about applications, products, services, and other opportunities. It’s important that a User Group generate a friendly and informal atmosphere conducive to its location around the globe, so that ideas, information, and assistance flow easily among the members.
